Travel Information: COVID-19 Update
The well-being of our guests, team members, and our community are our highest priority.
We want to assure you that we are monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation very closely and are making every possible effort to keep you informed. We aim to provide the level of comfort and service that you need to confidently travel, plan, and manage your booking during these unprecedented circumstances.
As of July 18th the Government of Quebec made the wearing of masks mandatory in all indoor public spaces, which includes common areas of tourist accommodations such as lobbies, elevators and hallways, restaurants and bars (except while people are eating or drinking) and fitness centres. Please note that guests attending a meeting or banquet can remove their mask once they are seated.
Children under the age of 12 are not required to wear a mask or face covering, however it is still recommended for children between the ages of 2 and 11. Wearing a mask or face covering is not recommended for those under the age of 2. Guests whose particular medical condition prevents them from wearing a mask or face covering are exempt as well.
Guests are encouraged to bring/use their own masks, however in the case where a guest forgets, the hotel will provide them upon arrival.
Amenities and services at our hotel
Following provincial regulations, and with health and safety as our top priority, as of August 5, 2020 we will be re-opening select services while respecting safe physical distancing. The following services will be open, with modifications:
- The Market will offer Grab and Go options
- Indoor Pool
- Fitness Centre
- Dry cleaning service
- Onsite washer and dryer
To ensure the health and safety of all our guests, the following services remain temporarily closed:
- Restaurant and Bar
- Room Service
We know this is inconvenient and is contrary to our desire to do whatever we can to make your stay comfortable and easy, but we hope that this action will help flatten the curve, and keep you safe.
We continue to closely monitor the Health Canada, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) statements regarding the coronavirus (COVID‐19) cases and follow guidance from these agencies, our government and local health departments.
